Low cost, single station Cycle Count or Weigh Scale box filling systems can signal visual and audible warnings when the box is 95% full, giving an operator time to prepare a new empty box. Different visual and audible signals can indicate 100% full status.

This complete automation cell receives parts from a press robot onto the top conveyor where parts are cooled in a chilled-air tunnel. The cooled parts are then conveyed into containers waiting in position on the lower level. Empty containers are stored on the bottom conveyor and are indexed into the filling position. When pre-set weight or cycles are reached, a sweep arm moves the filled container onto the take-away gravity roller conveyor.
